The purpose of this policy is to explain the role of Lalitah Plus in preparing participants for funding opportunities and to clarify the responsibilities of all parties involved.

Funding Readiness Pathway
To become eligible for funding readiness support, participants are expected to:
Complete their selected practical skill training.
Complete entrepreneurship and business development courses.
Register their business through the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Prepare required business documentation.
Apply for available funding opportunities through approved institutions.
Lalitah Plus's Role
Lalitah Plus may provide:
- Business training
- Mentorship
- Guidance on funding applications
- Business plan support
- Documentation support
- Information about available funding opportunities
- Referrals to approved institutions where applicable
Funding Decisions
Lalitah Plus does not approve, reject or control funding applications.
All funding decisions are made solely by the relevant financial institution based on its own eligibility requirements, policies and assessment procedures.
No Guarantee of Funding
Participation in Lalitah Plus does not guarantee:
- Loan approval
- Grant approval
- Investment funding
- Government funding
- Any specific funding amount
Each participant will be assessed independently by the funding institution.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Completing required training
- Maintaining business records
- Preparing required documentation
- Meeting funding institution requirements
- Complying with loan or grant conditions where approved
Moniepoint
Where funding opportunities are available through Moniepoint or similar approved financial partners, participants must comply with all application procedures, eligibility requirements and approval conditions established by the partner institution.
Lalitah Plus does not influence funding decisions made by Moniepoint or any other funding institution.
